Terms & Conditions for Participation

By clicking the provided Zoom link to join sessions hosted by Dr. Keisha Cares, LLC ("DKC"), and/or by participating in any manner—observing, speaking, or engaging—you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Respectful Participation: You agree to maintain respectful interactions throughout the session. You will listen, speak, and engage in a manner that fosters open, positive dialogue, enabling the sharing of diverse ideas and perspectives respectfully.

Appropriate Conduct: You confirm that your intent in joining these sessions is genuine and constructive. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior towards hosts or participants is strictly prohibited.

Right to Remove Participants: DKC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to request that you voluntarily leave or to remove you without prior notice or recourse if your behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive. If asked to leave by the session leader, you agree to comply immediately and without objection.

Coaching Disclaimer: The sessions provided by Dr. Keisha Cares, LLC are intended solely for coaching and personal growth purposes. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, medical advice, or psychological treatment. Dr. Keisha Siriboe is a certified coach, not a licensed mental health professional. Liability and Responsibility: By participating, you acknowledge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Keisha Cares, LLC, including its affiliates, leaders, and representatives, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your involvement in the session.

Age Requirements: Participants must be at least 18 years old. Those under 18 may only join with explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on the participant’s behalf.
